HELSINKI, Mar 1 (PRIME) -- Finland's VR Group cancels partnership with Russian Railways except trans-border transportation, the Finnish company said in a statement on Tuesday.
"On March 1, VR Group Director General Lauri Sipponen informed Russian Railways CEO Oleg Belozyorov of VR Group’s decision to abstain from any contacts with Russian Railways except the crucial ones for cross-border transportation," the company said.
The passenger carriage on Allegro trains will continue in order to take home all Finns people and allow Russians to leave the country.
